Founded in 1993 by Late Smt. Raj Salwan and part of the Salwan Education Trust (established 1941), we bring three decades of values-led primary education — a Microsoft Showcase School where technology, care, and character grow together.

Learning that lights the way
Two nurturing wings for our youngest learners — a Montessori Foundational Stage (Nursery–KG) and a Primary school (Classes I–V) — blending phonics, hands-on maths, the arts, sport, and value-based education for children aged 3 to 10.
The Montessori Wing offers a child-centric curriculum, guided by dedicated teachers and enriched by thoughtful resources that honour each child's own way of learning. Confidence grows alongside curiosity, and the first seeds of leadership take root early.
We treat early childhood as a foundation, not a formality. Character, values, and creativity matter as much as academics, nurturing every child's physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
The Primary Wing brings learning to life through an activity-based, learner-centred curriculum, helping children connect every concept to the real world through knowledge, skill, and attitude.
In step with NEP 2020, we balance the scholastic with the co-scholastic, weaving life skills into everyday learning. The focus goes beyond marks, to character, and to thinking, social, and emotional skills, all while nurturing originality, creativity, and independence of thought.
At Salwan Junior School, learning extends far beyond the textbook. Through dance, music, art, sports, clubs, life skills, and leadership opportunities, every young Salwanian discovers their own talents and passions.
