Why Teach at Salwan

Co-create childhood with us

At Salwan, we look for educators who co-create childhood, not just deliver a curriculum. If you love young children, are passionate about teaching and storytelling, and are ready for a role that challenges and rewards you, we would love to hear from you.

A Progressive School Built on Experiential Learning

Learning here is hands-on, curious, and fun, never rote. Teachers do not just instruct; they co-create learning experiences with students, discovering new ways to teach as they go.

A Microsoft Showcase & Adobe Lighthouse School

Teach in classrooms recognised for pioneering technology in early-years education, with a strong emphasis on computational and logical thinking.

A Strong Culture of Professional Development

Regular training, mentoring, and collaboration keep our teachers at the forefront of early-years pedagogy — always learning, always evolving.
